Our fees are based upon the complexity of the assignment,the type of report required, the scope of the assignment, the use of the appraisal, and most of all the time required to complete the assignment.
To provide you with a proposal we will need to know the location of the property and short description of the property, what the appraisal will be used for and who will be using it, the purpose of the appraisal, and the effective date of the valuation.
Typical residential assignments may range in fee from $250-$750. Commercial assignments will have a much wider price range due to the complexity and the time involved. Our typical commercial assignments range from $2,000-$6,000 in price.
