The following publications and data sources are maintained in-house: the most current on-line FEMA flood maps, Marshall & Swift Replacement Cost, Comps Inc. Urban Decision Systems, M/PF Research Market Reports, North Texas Council of Governments reports, Appraisal District tax rolls and plat maps, zoning maps, and zoning ordinances. An extensive data base of office, retail and industrial leases as well as commercial sales, dating from the early 1980s, is continually updated and maintained in the office. In addition, a complete reference library of golf-related information provided by the National Golf Foundation and the Society of Golf Course Appraisers is maintained in our office. Also, Appraisal Source, Inc. is a member of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors and participates in the North Texas Regional Multiple Listing Services.

HARDWARE

Appraisal Source, Inc. is equipped with a network computer system that operates from a 32-bit, Windows NT based format. The multiple computer stations (21) have the latest pentium processors, fast video graphic arrays and high speed communication ports that adapt to the intense graphical and memory requirements of color digital photography and the extensive use of charts and spreadsheets in commercial assignments. Our assortment of printers currently in use includes an three color and and four, high speed, black and white laser printers, each made by Hewlett Packard. Also, the office is equipped with the versatile HP Scanners, Dictaphone transcribers, high speed Kyocera Mita copier and scanner, and multiple Hewlett Packard plain paper facsimile machines. For telecommunications, we have installed a computer integrated, Inter-Tel Axxent digital phone system that includes a twentyfour hour, four port voice mail with auto attendant and remote notification capabilities with 7 incoming/outgoing lines.
