Pecan Valley Golf Club

Good quality, 28- hole daily-fee located in San Antonio, Texas. Home of the 50th PGA tournament. Appraised for lending purposes. Good quality golf course that was ranked the number 1 daily fee golf course in Texas by the Dallas Morning News in 2002. Complete renovation in 1999 when owned by American Golf. 

Mira Vista Country Club

Private, for-profit, Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas. This property includes and 18-hole championship golf course designed by Jay Morrish and Tom Weiskoff. Practice facility, clubhouse, swimming and tennis facilities. Review Appraisal of the country club and some excess land and buildings for lending purposes.

 

River Bend Golf Club

Mid-tier, Subdivision Layout. Semi-private golf course in San Antonio market. This golf course is part of a master planned development that was partially funded through a TIF agreement with the city of Floresville, Texas. Very good quality golf course that was under construction (90% complete) at the time of the appraisal. Located about 45 minutes from San Antonio. Good quality but affordable pricing due to a more remote location.

Holly Tree Country Club

Tyler, Texas. Good quality and stable private, for-profit country club. This property includes an 18-hole championship golf course, clubhouse, swimming, fitness, and tennis facilities. Good quality and condition. Appraised for financing.

Golf Club at Stonebridge

Excellent quality, 18- hole semi-private located in Bossier City, Louisiana. Appraised for internal decision making purposes. Excellent Fred Couples design constructed in 1999. Excellent quality golf course located in the Shreveport/Bossier City area. Hosts mini-tour events.

Olde Oaks Golf Club

Good quality, 27- hole daily-fee located in Bossier City, Louisiana. Appraised for internal decision making purposes. Good quality golf course located in the Shreveport/Bossier City area. A local favorite designed by Hal Sutton and built in 1999.

Lost Creek Golf Club

Mid Tier, former private, turned semi-private golf course in west Fort Worth. Subdivision Layout. Appraised multiple times. Appraised for foreclosure sale. Appraised also for partial taking of utility easement. Estimated value of the whole, the part taken, and the remainder. Qualified as expert witness in legal proceedings. Located in the west Fort Worth Market, this club competes with both the municipal golf courses and the higher end daily-fee courses.

Durant Country Club

Semi-private golf club in Durant Oklahoma.  Appraised for refinance. Lower end small town golf course with full clubhouse facility

Sugar Tree Golf Club

Upper-end, Subdivision Layout. Semi-private golf course in Parker County, Texas. Appraised multiple times as golf course and the entire residential development. Appraised for financing purposes. Very good quality. Formerly bent grass greens, now tiff dwarf. Excellent condition. Many water features. Located about 45 minutes from the Metroplex. Good quality but affordable pricing due to a more remote location.

Hawks Creek Golf Club

(Formerly Carswell AFB) Mid-Tier, Core Golf Course in west Fort Worth. Appraised multiple times. Appraised for the Carswell redevelopment authority after the Carswell AFS was closed. The golf course was completely redeveloped from a lower quality military course to a upper-end daily fee. It has bent grass greens and short but good layout. The west Fort Worth location is good due to the income levels and high concentration of population.

Riverside Golf Club

Good quality, daily-fee located in Arlington, Texas. Appraised for government partial taking of easement for highway project. Estimated value of the whole, the part taken, and the remainder. Qualified as expert witness in legal proceedings. Very close drive to the D/FW International Airport and the entertainment district in Arlington (home of Six Flags Over Texas, Hurricane Harbor, Texas Rangers, and soon to come the Dallas Cowboys. Built as a high-end daily fee with bent grass greens and high quality, the quality and condition of deteriorated slightly over the years and it competes with mid-tier golf courses in the Metroplex. It is constructed along the Triity River and has flooded mulitple times in the past.

Casino Beach Golf Course

9 hole golf course with practice facility and batting cages. Lake Worth, Texas. Estimated value of the whole, the part taken, and the remainder. Practice facility iwth a lvery low quality (push-up greens) golf course. Majority of income from batting cages, vending, and practice balls.

The Academy at Waterchase

Teaching facility on 60 acres with clubhouse and par 3 golf course. Fort Worth, Texas. The property was adjacent to the Links of Waterchase, a high-end daily fee under different ownership. Successfully assisted the seller in selling the property. This property has a small amount of land available for development of a high-density townhome and condominium project.

Proposed Municipal

Breckenridge, Texas. Proposed public golf course. Low end municipal proposed by the city to be constructed on city land at a very low cost using with prison inmates for construction process.

Riverview Golf Club

Cleburne, Texas. Appraised for the owner prior to sale of the property. Low end, semi-private golf course and clubhouse.

Split Rail Golf Club

Mid-Tier, Semi-Private, Subdivision Golf Course in Parker County. Subdivision Golf Course. Appraised multiple times as golf course and the entire residential development. Appraised for construction financing purposes. Good quality, same builder as Sugar Tree Golf Club.

Southern Oaks Golf Club

Fort Worth, Texas. Designed by Mark Brooks, local professional golfer and winner of the PGA. Semi-Private golf club. Appraised multiple times. Prepared market and feasibility analysis on property. Prepared appraisal for financing purposes. High end daily fee golf course that has reduced fees due to low number of rounds. Was constructed as part of the Southern Oaks residential development, just outside of Burleson, Texas.

Ridglea Country Club

Private equity Country Club in Fort Worth Texas. This property includes two 18-hole championship golf courses, 100,000 square foot clubhouse, swimming and tennis facilities. Originally constructed 18 holes in the 1960s 2ith an additional 18 holes approximately 2 miles west. The original country club is located in the heart of the Ridglea neighborhood. The additional 18 holes is part of the country club but may be played by male members over the age of 18 only. Appraised for refinancing and renovation loan purposes.

Denton Country Club

Private, equity golf club in Denton, Texas. This property includes an 18-hole championship golf courses, clubhouse, swimming and tennis facilities. Older core design, excellent condition, bent grass greens. Appraised for refinancing and renovation loan purposes.

Preston Club

Middle Market, Subdivision Golf Course in Sherman, Texas. Subdivision Golf Course Appraised multiple times as golf course and the entire residential development.Appraised for construction financing purposes.

Columbian Country Club

Private equity Country Club in Carrollton, Texas. This property includes and 18-hole championship golf course, clubhouse, swimming, fitness, and tennis facilities. Club has a very large banquet business. Good quality and condition. Appraised for refinancing and renovation loan purposes.

Wood Creek Country Club

Subdivisoin golf course, semi-private. Located in Wimberly, Texas. Central Texas Market. Development and excess land was appraised. Av erage quality and condition. Hill country just south of Austin. Outerlying area with many commuters to Austin.

Pack Saddle Country Club

Subdivision golf course, semi-private. Located in Kingsland, Texas. Central Texas Market. Development and excess land was appraised. Appraised for financing of renovations, rerouting, and lot development. Outerlying area with many commuters to Austin.

Briarwood Country Club

East Texas Market. Tyler, Texas. Semi-private golf club that was appraised multiple times. Eventually sold and redeveloped into the Cascades.

Eagles Bluff Country Club

East Texas Market. Cherokee County, Texas. Semi-private golf club that was appraised multiple times. Designed by renowned East Texas course designer Carlton Gipson. High-end development and good quality facility located on Lake Palestine, south of Tyler. This development includes waterfront, waterview, fairway, and interior lots. All clubhouse, tennis, fitness, and swimming facilities.

Longhorn Quarry Golf Club

Proposed quarry golf course in central San Antonio. High-end, daily-fee facility. Appraised for construction financing. Jack Parker, owner of the Keith Foster designed Quarry golf course in San Antonio and Tapatio Springs, proposed an additional golf course for San Antonio tourist market. 

Tour Challenge Golf Club

Proposed replica golf course in northwest San Antonio market. Designed comparable to the two Tour-18 golf courses in the Houston and Dallas markets. High-end, daily-fee facility. Catering to the corporate outing and tourist market. Appraised for construction financing. Development includes golf club, residential lot inventory, and vacant land.

Canyon West Golf Club

Mid-Tier daily fee market. Semi-Private Golf Course in Parker County. Appraised multiple times as golf course an the entire residential development. Appraised for financing purposes. Outerlying locations from the Metroplex.  Located in Brock and Dennis area.

Bear Ridge Golf Club

High end daily fee golf club. Waco, Texas. Central Texas Market. Peter Jacobson designed and built on leased land in conjunction with Baylor University. The only upper-end daily fee golf course in Waco market.

Cross Timbers Golf Course

Mid-Tier, Daily-Fee Golf Club located in Azle, Texas. Core golf course. Only golf course in Azle market. Approximately 30 minutes from Metroplex. Good quality and design. Owned by the city of Azle. Irrigated with affluent water provided by the city treatment center. Bent grass greens.

Pharoahs Country Club

Corpus Christie, Texas. Lower end private club facility constructed in 1970s as part of a subdivision golf development.

Kings Crossing Country Club
