ALAN PURSLEY, MAI, SRPA, SRA, SGA
Alan Pursley is the President of Appraisal Source, Inc. Mr. Pursley is a lifelong resident of Fort Worth, Texas and a graduate of Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with an emphasis in real estate. Mr. Pursley has earned MAI, SRPA, and SRA designations through the Appraisal Institute and is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the state of Texas. In addition to his consulting practice, Mr. Pursley has served as President of the Central Texas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and Officer and Director in the Society of Golf Course Appraisers (SGA). He holds a real estate broker’s license in the state of Texas, and has served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors.
Mr. Pursley is experienced in appraising virtually all types of commercial, residential, industrial, multi-family, subdivision analysis, golf courses and developments, and other types of special purpose properties. He has qualified as an expert witness in court proceedings.
In addition, Mr. Pursley has been a guest speaker of various organizations on the topic of golf course appraisals, various real estate organizations including the Commercial Investment Division of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors, the Tarrant County Builders Association and the International Right of Way Association. His 18+ years of real estate appraisal experience, combined with formal education, forms the foundation for the firm as the principal commercial appraiser and review appraiser.
Mr. Pursley and his wife Tammi have three children, Paige, Chase, and Tanner and are active in their community and church.
The real estate appraisal business has become very fragmented over the years. I believe we have so much more to offer than individual appraisers or small appraisal offices with little or no staff. When you call our office you will get immediate attention from an office manager rather than an answering machine. We are staffed to handle over 400 appraisals per month. This gives us the flexibility to accommodate the requests of large volume clients that would otherwise divide their work among multiple companies and have to track the appraisals and invoices from multiple companies. We can provide accurate rush appraisals in multiple locations. Most of our clients are large volume clients that have been pleased with our service and quality for many years. ROBERT A. TYSON, SRA
Robert Tyson is the Chief Executive Officer of Appraisal Source, Inc. Mr. Tyson has earned the prestigious SRA designation through the Appraisal Institute and is certified as a residential real estate appraiser by the state of Texas. Mr. Tyson attended Texas Christian University from 1981-1984, and holds a real estate salesman’s license in the state of Texas. His 20+ years of real estate appraisal experience, combined with formal education, forms the foundation for the firm as the principal residential appraiser, review appraiser, office administrator, and Chief Financial Officer.
In addition to appraisal, review, office administration and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Tyson has been the driving force in keeping Appraisal Source Inc. on the cutting edge of computer and appraisal technology utilizing the latest in digital photography, LAN based Windows computer network and an integrated telecommunication system.
Also active in the Central Texas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, Mr. Tyson has served as a regional director and has held several committee positions over the past 16 years. Mr. Tyson has also been a guest speaker for various real estate organizations including the Greater Fort Worth Board of Realtors, the Tarrant County Builders Association and he has qualified as an expert witness in state court proceedings.
Mr. Tyson, his wife Ashlea and his three daughters, Kara, Katie and Aubrey live and attend school in the nearby suburb of Aledo, Texas where they are active in community, school and church affairs.

PATTY PHILSON
Patty Philson has 23+ years experience as an appraisal office manager. She received her Texas Real Estate Salesman License in 1985. Ms. Philson has extensive computer knowledge with heavy work in Windows and the most current versions of Microsoft Word, Word Perfect for DOS and Windows, and a variety of software used in the operations of Appraisal Source, Inc. She is also knowledgeable in bookkeeping procedures and Quick Books accounting software. Her other duties include research, editing, client correspondence concerns, work distribution, appointments and report assemblage, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
ASI has knowledgeable appraisers with versatile backgrounds in real estate appraising, real estate sales, and construction. With the latest technology and software available to include several appraisal software programs, mapping programs, cost estimating software, digital photography, and job assignment and tracking programs, ASI is able to complete assignments quickly, accurately, and efficiently, thereby providing the highest quality appraisal and quick turnaround for our clients. Client satisfaction is our main goal at ASI.
AMY LOERA-SANDS
Amy Loera-Sands joined Appraisal Source in the Spring of 2006. Amy brings with her eight years of experience as an office manager in the appraisal field. Her responsibilities include receivables, processing orders, data research, assembly and distribution of reports. She is also available for resolving questions and concerns from existing and new clients. She has knowledge of all Windows applications, Microsoft word and Word Perfect. She also has knowledge of ACI and Appraise It.
Appraisal Source is different than many large appraisal firms in that the appraisers here do not stop working at 5pm; they are constantly working to meet deadlines. The appraisers here also work weekends when need be. Everyone on the Appraisal Source team is committed to providing our customers with exceptional service.
CORY REASONER
Cory Reasoner has 10+ years of appraisal experience in the Dallas Fort Worth market. Mr. Reasoner is a lifelong resident of the Fort Worth area, has two children, and attended Tarrant County College. He is a State Certified Residential Appraiser in the state of Texas. His appraisal experience includes primarily single-family residential and small residential income producing properties.

John Stahl joined Appraisal Source in 2001. Mr. Stahl is a resident of Mineral Wells, he is married with 2 children and attended South West Texas University. Mr. Stahl’s appraisal experience includes single family residential, residential income producing properties and farm and ranch appraising. John has had 5 years experience as a real estate agent and is a license appraiser for the State of Texas. His work experience includes 30 years with the Texas Dept. of Public Safety with 13 years supervisory experience. Mr. Stahl has completed all the mandatory education requirements including The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and Fundamentals of Real Estate Appraisal.

Kyle Philson joined Appraisal Source, Inc. in 1998. Mr. Philson is a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Texas, and is FHA approved appraiser. Mr. Philson is a lifelong resident of the Fort Worth area and attended Weatherford College and Abilene Christian University. Mr. Philson has completed several real estate appraisal courses including the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice as required by the state, as well as other real estate appraisal courses.
Being in a fully integrated office provides me with all the data needed to complete a wide range of appraisals. ASI strives to provide the best services available.

Jason Jackson joined Appraisal Source, Inc. in 2002. Jason graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Finance and has taken several real estate classes, including appraisal. Mr. Jackson is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Texas. Mr. Jackson is required by the state to complete mandatory continuing education requirements including the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Mr. Jackson is experienced in appraising shopping centers, office buildings, industrial buildings, warehouse buildings, residential developments, commercial developments and public and private golf facilities.

Gaye Aguillon joined Appraisal Source, Inc. in 2001. Ms. Aguillon is a lifelong resident of Fort Worth. She received her Texas Real Estate salesperson licence in 1994 and worked for a national real estate agency. She completed their extensive training classes in sales and marketing and is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors. She has a real estate trainee license in the state of Texas and is authorized to work under the direct supervision of Alan Pursley. She has completed mandatory continuing education required by the state including the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

JONATHAN ARCHER jarcher@asidfw.com Jonathan Archer joined Appraisal Source, Inc. in the fall of 2005. Jonathan graduated from Texas Christian University in 2003 with a degree in Humanities. He has taken several real estate classes, including appraisal. Mr. Archer has a real estate trainee license in the State of Texas and is authorized to work under the direct supervision of Alan Pursley. Mr. Archer is required by the state to complete mandatory continuing education requirements including the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
